1. Samples Policy:
We can supply some free samples ( total value under USD5.00) if you have a FedEx or DHL or TNT freight collected account and agree to pay the courier freight. If you don't have a courier freight collected account, free samples are no offered, you need to send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T or Western Union.
If the total value of samples are more than USD5.00, you need to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
2. How to Get samples
Please email or fax us the samples (products name, Item No., models, quantity etc.) you want, We will make the proforma invoice and inform the total price you need to pay us.
After receive your payment, we will send samples to you within 5 working days.
How to order
1. Please send your purchase order to us by email or fax.
The following information about your order need to provide us:
A. Order Information - Item number, products name, models, quantity
B. Your shipping information - company name or receiver's name, telephone number, Fax number, shipping address, destination country or airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
C. Freight payment
D. Forwarder's contact details if there's any ( in China mainland or Hong Kong )
2. We will make the PI (Proforma Invoice) and calculated the total price which you need to pay to us. You will find the unit price of each product and freight charge from the PI.
3. Change the PI till it is confirmed.
4. We will inform you our bank details or western union details.
5. You pay money according the amount calculated on the PI to us.And inform us by email or fax the bank receipt after you make the payment.
6. Usually, we will send goods to you within 30 working days after we receive your total payment.
